The SUCCESS PATH framework we use for coaching is probably similar to the one you use with your clients: discovery. For instance, we begin with a confidential conversation centered around you… focused on your goals, your dreams, your challenges.

After that we determine together what your top three gaps are. Equally important, we craft a plan and timeline to remove them all. Finally, we determine important benchmarks and milestones tied to results you’re aiming at, as well as what accountability measures are best for you.

Without delay, we launch, working on specific progress steps as we go, monitoring, and pivoting as needed.

We work with individual practitioners (advisors, agents, accountants and attorneys) as well as firms.

Many of our clients have 10-15 years of success in their career when they come to us to break through a growth blocker. Still, we have worked with new professionals and firms, all the way up to ~40-year industry veterans.

Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?

We offer ongoing consulting services. Only in rare cases can the goals our clients are aiming for be accomplished in under 30-days. To obtain a true transformation that will pay dividends for years, clients dedicate enough time to break old habits, engrain new ones, adapt or adopt new systems, etc. And “enough time” varies depending on many variables.
